• Greece

  • Your order will be shipped with ACS COURIER
  • The cost of the transfer is 3 euros if you want to pay with a card or make an account deposit. If you wish to pay in cash upon delivery (cash on delivery) there is a charge of +2 euros! (Total 5)

• Cyprus

  • Shipping by ACS COURIER or DHL
  • The cost of the transfer with ACS is 9 euros if you want to make a payment by card or if you want to make a deposit in a bank of Cyprus (quickpay available) and if you wish to pay by cash on delivery (cash on delivery) is + 2 euros (total 11)

• Europe EU

  • Shipping by DHL
    Cost 16 €
    Payment by card only

• International

  • Shipping by DHL
    Cost 23-33
    Payment by card only

Payment methods

• Cash on Delivery

  Cash on delivery is available for Greece and Cyprus! With this payment method you pay the value of the order upon receipt of the parcel.

• Debit / Credit / Prepaid

  With this payment method you pay the amount with your card before delivery.

• Bank deposit

  In this case you complete your order without immediate payment!
  The order remains pending and is completed when the deposit is made (within 24 hours).
  In this case it is important to write your Name as a reason.
  Payment must not be made in the form of a transfer from one bank to another, for example (from Ethniki to Eurobank) as you will bear the entire interbank costs (commission).

Returns-Changes

• Product Change

  We accept changes within 5 days if the product is not worn and is in its original condition!
  The change costs are 6 € for Greece and 16 for Cyprus (with ACS).
  Send the product at the recipient's expense (ie us) and we will send you the new product.
  ATTENTION we do not accept changes to earrings for hygiene reasons.

• Parcel Return

  In case the parcel returns and you have not received it, you will be charged with the shipping costs!

• Refunds

  We do not accept.
